Evolv I.T—a Birmingham, Alabama based firm—is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a hands-on, in-person sales team. You will prospect, lead discovery, close new business, and recruit/develop others while reporting to the CEO.

You will own the full cycle from first conversation through signed agreement, driving recurring revenue and profitable growth with a data-driven approach and strong client-facing leadership.

Formación

• Demonstrated success selling recurring B2B services (preferred IT/cybersecurity).
• Experience coaching salespeople and improving performance with concrete examples.
• Ability to generate your own opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.
• Confidence communicating with owners/executives and negotiating deals.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own new business development and close opportunities from discovery to signed agreement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop salespeople in collaboration with the CEO.
• Lead consultative selling focusing on business outcomes and value.
• Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management, with documented discovery and next steps.
• Follow pricing, margin, contract, and discount guidelines to protect profitability.
• Coordinate with Marketing and technical leadership for proposals and handoffs.
