Qualifications

• Extensive sales leadership experience in the Automation and/or Distribution Industry.
• Minimum 5 years leading, developing, and coaching outside and inside sales teams.
• Proven track record of hiring and building high-performance sales teams and relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong business development acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience with high-volume and project-based sales.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and achievement of sales strategies, budgets, and marketing plans.
• Partner with leadership to set KPIs driving efficiencies, supplier performance, and margin expansion.
• Manage Salesforce input and ensure accurate leads, opportunities, activities, and campaigns.
• Lead training programs, coordinate supplier planning, and drive growth initiatives.
• Forecast sales revenue and expenses; align expenditures to budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales staff; maintain accountability and culture.
• Lead strategic supplier initiatives and pursue new product/supplier opportunities.
