Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to own and elevate the sales organization. This role involves hands-on leadership, coaching, and direct customer engagement, driving a culture of measurable performance and accountability.
You will partner with executive leadership to develop growth strategies, manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and nurture strategic accounts and partner relationships.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and developing sales professionals.
- Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
- Strong ability to set KPIs and drive accountability with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performance sales team with a culture of accountability and results.
- Drive pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline to ensure visibility and credibility of revenue.
- Build revenue objectives and actionable growth plans across territories and markets.
- Develop strategic accounts and expand relationships within existing customers.
- Own the pipeline and forecast with senior leadership; ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with business objectives.
