Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers and act as a sales and service champion on the floor. You will support opening and closing, supervise associates, and drive store performance while upholding our People First culture and brand standards.

The role emphasizes creating engaging experiences, guiding product discovery, and modeling world-class service, with availability for full-time shifts in the Greensboro, NC area.

Formación

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through action.
• Experience in retail sales with some supervisory duties preferred.
• Experience in home design or stockroom areas is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging customer experiences by sharing home styling expertise.
• Support management with opening/closing routines and back-office tasks.
• Supervise to meet financial goals and deliver World-Class guest service.
• Maintain store standards for visuals, replenishment, safety and cleanliness.
• Perform Selling Captain role to model sales and service excellence.
• Foster a fair, respectful environment aligned with People First principles.
