Job summary

LOFT seeks a Sales Lead for Store 3090-The Tower Shops Pinnacle-ANN-Bristol, TN 37620. You will model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold high standards, and use technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Strong organization, delegation, and time-management skills.

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and building an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.

• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
