Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, coach associates in real-time, and maintain brand standards to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates during customer interactions.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
