The role requires at least 18 years old, 2 years of retail management experience preferred, and flexible availability including nights and weekends; you will handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment to deliver memorable

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team to improve store performance.
