KnitWell Group, the leader behind White House Black Market, seeks a Sales Lead in Ormond Beach to partner with store leadership. You will supervise the team, model excellent service, and reinforce brand standards to deliver memorable, hospitality-driven experiences for customers.

This role emphasizes coaching, operations, and a positive work culture. The position requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
