Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals to work as Sales Lead Generators inside retail partner locations in the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for our sales team. This face-to-face role offers starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

Top performers can earn up to $60K a year. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with at least 20 hours per week and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated, competitive, commission-driven.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
