Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals to serve as Sales Lead Generator at our retail partner locations in the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, uncover needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for the sales team.

This is face-to-face, not remote, with base pay of $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions. Starting full-time or part-time (20+ hours/week) with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.

• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone.
