Job summary

Parker & Sons is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to work inside retail partner locations around the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule qualified in-home consultations for the sales team.

Starting pay is 18.00 USD per hour with uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn up to 60K per year. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, including weekends; in-person role, not remote.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated and driven by performance-based rewards.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
