Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals to join our Sales Lead Generator team in the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners in person at retail partner locations, identify needs, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn up to $60K per year. Part-time and full-time roles are available, with weekends required and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers.
• Ability to initiate conversations and influence decisions.
• Motivated by performance-based earnings and commission-based income.
• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone for communication.
• Pass a background check and be comfortable with in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
