Parker & Sons is recruiting a Sales Lead Generator to work inside retail partner locations in the Phoenix Valley. You'll engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for the sales team.

This role offers $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning up to $60K per year. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, requiring weekends and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.
• Self-motivated and driven by performance-based rewards.
• Reliable transportation and use of smartphone, email, and text messaging.
• HVAC or water treatment experience not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
