Job summary

Parker & Sons is hiring a Sales Lead Generator for our retail partner locations in the Phoenix area. You will engage homeowners, uncover needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for our sales team.

The role offers $18.00/hour base pay with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn up to $60K per year. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with weekends required. This is an in-person, store-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging.
