Job summary

Parker & Sons is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to work inside our retail partner locations throughout the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners in conversations, uncover home comfort needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for the sales team.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with uncapped commissions. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, requiring some weekend shifts. This is an in-person, store-based position with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and create meaningful conversations.
