Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, providing product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on current promotions and store policies.
