Job summary

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while driving the omni-channel approach and store goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing duties and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel support.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals and performance.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support scheduling and contribute ideas to leadership discussions.
