Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Schererville, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional guest service. You will help translate brand priorities into daily action on the sales floor and in back-room operations.

You will coach colleagues, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while delivering personalized, hospitality-driven experiences that reflect our culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
