Job summary

Chico's in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards that deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences. You will guide operations, share brand priorities, and support a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure smooth cash handling while pursuing daily and long-term store

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
