Job summary

Chico's in Naples, FL seeks a Sales Lead to support store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while fostering a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You'll drive daily operations, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure exceptional service through omni-channel engagement, all while meeting performance goals and promoting a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Ensure knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
