Chico's Southaven store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and inspire a customer‑centered, unforgettable shopping experience. You will model the brand, coach associates, and drive sales through knowledge sharing and omni‑channel execution.

You will support daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management, while maintaining brand standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Support scheduling and associate development as needed.
