Job summary

Chico's store in Delray Beach is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will uphold brand standards and drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will guide daily operations, share brand priorities, coach associates, and support scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment to meet sales goals. Be a strong communicator and team player.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Manage merchandise replenishment and know current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Provide ideas to store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
