Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for achieving goals and model customer-centered hospitality that goes beyond the sale.

You will coach staff, manage operations like cash handling and scheduling, and ensure inventory and replenishment align with promotions and policies. This role requires strong communication and the ability to build relationships with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the store and stockroom.
• Operate the register and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities
