Job summary

LOFT at Uptown Gig Harbor is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide sales associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role requires 6+ months retail sales experience (preferred), POS proficiency, coaching skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for growth within KnitWell Group are offered.

• POS system proficiency and basic store operations knowledge.
