Job summary

LOFT Outlet at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, WA seeks a part-time Sales Lead to support and model exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to develop an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.

The role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), and strong communication/ coaching abilities, with flexible scheduling including

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching team members.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leadership with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Be ready to step in as manager when needed and provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused environment and omnichannel shopping experience.
