Job summary

LOFT at KnitWell Group in Kent, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as acting manager when needed.

Bring 6 months of retail sales experience and (preferred) prior management experience, plus tech proficiency and effective coaching. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to support our omnichannel shoppers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Be a representative of the brand and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while keeping focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable store performance.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate excels in customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Step into store management when needed to ensure smooth operations.
