Job summary

LOFT, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and to support and mentor associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

You will champion brand standards, coach the team, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment that prioritizes the customer journey across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
