J.Jill is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to support store leadership across our Reno, NV locations. You will drive sales, mentor team members, and cultivate genuine connections with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

In this role you will maintain product knowledge, coach staff on styling and service, and coordinate store operations. A proven track record in retail and strong communication will help you thrive in our inclusive, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in coaching and developing team members to ensure success.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and upselling.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to advise purchases.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing and merchandising.
• Support leadership to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
