The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence and meet sales targets. Positions start immediately with a focus on teamwork and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, coaching and supporting to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and policy adherence.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, support leadership for a meaningful customer experience.
• Communicate across levels of the organization, adjusting messaging for diverse audiences.
