J.Jill is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales and team development. You will provide personalized styling, build genuine customer relationships, and ensure a memorable shopping experience in our Lafayette store.

You will train and coach associates, manage daily operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help meet sales targets while upholding J.Jill's inclusive culture and brand promise.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women's specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
