LOFT stores are seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support a high-performing team at Store 1329-Legacy Village, Lyndhurst, OH. You will model personalized service, coach associates, and collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless operations and omnichannel excellence.

You will bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred), with strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to support onboarding and development of the team.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold store standards.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to improve customer interactions.
