LOFT Outlet in Grove City Premium Outlets is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain store standards, coach associates, and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes customer focus, inclusivity, and collaboration with store leadership to drive omnichannel shopping excellence and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused environment and profitable business.
• Ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
