LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1324-The Shops on Lane Avenue, Upper Arlington, OH. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, guiding associates, and supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of retail sales experience with preferred management exposure, strong communication, and a proactive coaching mindset. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
