Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Canton, OH to deliver personalized customer experiences and support to a dedicated team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed, while driving engagement and visual standards across the store.

The role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management familiarity, plus strong tech skills to operate a POS system and support omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
