LOFT in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily store operations while delivering personalized service that reflects our brand.

You’ll help onboard and develop a motivated team, uphold visual and service standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience. This role may step into management when needed, so leadership readiness is prized.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient; able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
