LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will collaborate with Store Manager, become a store function expert, and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand standards, and a proactive approach to store operations. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel shopping.
• Seamlessly step into the manager role when needed.
