LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Tampa to drive exceptional customer experiences and coach associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to model brand standards and readiness for leadership when needed.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, team onboarding, and maintaining store standards, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time opportunities available across our Tampa store network.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards for customers.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Support an omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
