Fabletics is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for an upcoming Irvine location. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting Sales and Operations.

The role requires engaging customers, guiding the team, and using store systems to create a seamless shopping journey between online and in-store experiences. You will train, motivate, and lead associates to meet and exceed performance goals, while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience and drive sales within the store.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and supervisors to hit targets.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store operations as needed.
