Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead at Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA. You will lead customer interactions, drive store performance, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year retail experience, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and knowledge of active lifestyle products. You will train associates, manage inventory awareness, and help meet KPIs while embodying the brand's culture.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition).
• Ability to engage socially with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and able to bring out the best in others.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive engagement across store events and promotions.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and provide feedback to associates.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines.
• Help exceed KPIs and store objectives.
