Job summary

Fabletics in San Clemente is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our new Outlets at San Clemente store. You will lead the customer experience on the sales floor, train associates, and partner with the Store Manager to meet store targets.

You will share product knowledge, engage customers, participate in events, and help with inventory and merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and support Store Manager to meet targets.
