Job summary

Fabletics in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Full‑Time Sales Lead to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and drive engagement across both in-store and digital channels. You will leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores, collaborating with a Store Manager, supervisors and a passionate team.

You will lead a fast-paced team, train associates, and partner with leadership to hit bold targets while living our lifestyle focus and product

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
