Job summary

Fabletics in Torrance, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support both Sales and Operations. You will work with a Store Manager, supervisors, and a team to connect digital and in-store shopping.

You will train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, engage customers with product knowledge, and lead efforts from store events to community projects. Flexibility with hours and a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and work with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and lead the store team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Train associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed targets and manage inventory.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to maximize the shopping journey.
• Support events, promotions, and community initiatives in-store.
