Job summary

Fabletics in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for Fashion Island to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support store operations. You will mentor teammates, drive sales, and create seamless omnichannel experiences between the website and retail floor.

You are energetic, self-starting, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires at least one year in retail and a passion for active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners in-store & beyond.
• Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical: stand/walk for extended periods; boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid shopping and add value.
• Offer feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Help meet/exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Be a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; identify issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (10-30 lbs).
