Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Huntington Station, NY to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment and help deliver memorable experiences aligned with our hospitality culture.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, coach staff on product knowledge, and support scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management while maintaining brand standards and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with opening and closing tasks.
