Job summary

Soma in Marietta, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction.

You’ll coach the team, manage operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and share product knowledge to deliver memorable experiences aligned with Soma’s culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
