Job summary

Soma is hiring a Sales Lead for our Tampa store located at International Plaza and Bay Street. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model exceptional customer service, and drive brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, omni-channel sales, and operations support to create a memorable shopping experience reflecting Soma's hospitality ethos. You will lead the team, open/close duties as needed, and help sustain a welcoming, confident store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help the team meet performance goals.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support omni-channel sales and communicate brand priorities to the team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects Soma's hospitality culture.
