Soma in Pleasanton, CA is hiring a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise teams, and uphold our hospitality-driven culture. You will set the tone for customer experiences, balancing sales goals with service excellence to create memorable, personalized interactions.

You will mentor teammates, coach performance, and align daily activities with brand priorities while managing operations, cash handling, and scheduling to support business success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge, using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
