Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and support to help the team meet performance goals.
• Execute operations tasks including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and teamwork.
