Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Pleasanton, CA location. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, model hospitality, coach associates, and drive Omnichannel sales while delivering memorable customer experiences.

We’re looking for at least 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
