Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Natick, MA to partner with store leadership, coach the team, and deliver memorable, hospitality-driven experiences. You’ll support operations, product knowledge, and omni-channel initiatives to drive brand standards and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
